Types of class we offer
At Lone Fir Fitness we’re growing a full program of fun, challenging and diverse group exercise classes for our members, with 60ish a week currently and rising every quarter as our community expands. We want to make sure that whatever your schedule you have plenty of options to work on your strength, cardio, flexibility and all-around fitness.

New to boxing? We got you! No experience is required. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for an intro, hand wraps and complimentary gloves.

We'll slow things down and focus on intentional, high-quality movement, emphasizing key lifts such as the barbell squat, bench press, and deadlift. Perfect your form, build confidence, and gain strength with purpose.
