Alejandra Enriquez
Alejandra didn’t have a traditional sports background during her childhood, and actually didn’t discover her love for fitness until later in life! Joining the local roller derby league led her to a Cross-fit gym, where she became increasingly interested in becoming a stronger version of herself. While her roller derby career fizzled, her love for lifting heavy weights did not. Her fitness journey has led to powerlifting, olympic lifting, and kettlebell strength training so far.
After a nearly 20 year career as a nanny with a degree in Anthropology, Alejandra enrolled in the Exercise Science program at Portland Community College. She is excited to use her knowledge from the classroom to educate clients. Her biggest belief is that everyone deserves to find their strongest selves while listening to and honoring their bodies.
When not thinking about fitness, Alejandra loves to talk about her cats or pop culture references.
