Anna Rego
Anna was born and raised in Portland where she was active from a young age, playing ultimate frisbee, soccer, and Irish dancing. As a college student, she stumbled upon her love of weight training in a PE class, and never looked back!
Anna’s passion for weight training led her to pursue a master’s degree in nutrition, where she could build upon her knowledge of movement and strength to develop a more well-rounded approach to health. As a fitness and nutrition coach, she empowers people to redefine their relationship with food and exercise by emphasizing progress over perfection. Check out Anna’s Nutrition consultations! Anna believes that real change takes time and dedication, and she wants to help you show up for yourself every day.
Outside of the weight room, Anna enjoys baking, snuggling with her cat Teo, and attempting to finish crossword puzzles.
