Katie Harris

Katie grew up in Arizona, where she fell in love with the outdoors at a young age. Since 2019, she has been working on and off in Antarctica, working a variety of roles within a remote research station. In between Antarctic deployments, Katie spent time working as both an archaeologist and naturalist, pursuing her love of the outdoors.

In 2021, she solo hiked the Arizona Trail from Mexico to Utah, where she began to learn the capabilities of both her body and mind - and fell in love with pushing her comfort zone.

Katie moved to Portland last year to plant roots and pursue her dream of helping others discover their own relationship with movement, health, and wellness. She is both a yoga and Pilates instructor and absolutely adores her career.

Katie believes that movement is an opportunity for self-discovery and challenge, and an invitation to step outside our comfort zones. She is dedicated to helping people reframe their relationship with movement as an act of self-love and joy.

Her goal is to help people stay active so they can continue pursuing the activities they love. She loves the physical and mental challenge of movement and is humbled to help others push the limits on what they thought was possible for their bodies and mind.
