Kelly Clark

Kelly has always had a deep passion for the anatomy and physiology of the human body. In high school, she played volleyball, lacrosse, and tennis—then kept the momentum going by running half marathons in college.

She started teaching cardio and strength classes during college, blending her athletic background with a growing love for fitness. Kelly went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Nutrition, and now works as a critical care nurse.

Kelly values a diversity of training styles, cardiovascular endurance and physical strength. While she is passionate about caring for critically ill patients in the ICU, she is equally driven by the desire to help people prevent illness and feel their best.

Outside the gym (or the hospital), you'll probably find Kelly skiing or exploring a new hiking trail. Her clinical expertise, fitness knowledge, and love for the outdoors, Kelly brings a whole-person approach to health - one that supports both recovery and long-term wellness.
